What are the laws in force relating to the use of tasers or stun guns for self defense?
Although laws vary from one state to another, please let me know. Thanks! Old lint: you made a good point. The device could also be used by an attacker as defense and probably why some states and cities have banned.
In all states, may force the use of equal and not exceed the strength to be used you. That said, if you have someone that works for you without a weapon and say, "Give me all your money!" This does not grant the right to shoot and kill. You can not use lethal force to stop an attacker to damage or steal. As the leader prefers to produce the report as you zap someone dressed to kill to steal. It is better to use non-lethal force to you refer.
